Standing beside our founder, Jerry David, and partners, Matt Jablonski, and Dustin Ashley, we have a robust, multi-disciplinary team of 16 people across a wide range of ages and experience levels. We all work together cohesively to facilitate a truly integrated approach for every financial plan. Our younger advisors have been hand-picked for their stellar skills and ensure the continuity of exceptional service for the next generation. Jerry founded Prescient Financial Solutions with the goal of impacting people’s lives by providing security and clarity through comprehensive financial planning. Through Jerry’s leadership and vision, our team helps individuals and businesses optimize the accumulation, protection, distribution, and succession of their wealth by providing expertise in the interdependence of how all aspects of financial planning fit together.
Prior to starting with Northwestern Mutual in 1999, Jerry had a successful career as an engineer (PE) and manufacturing management. Jerry is a proud long-time resident of Franklin along with his wife Peggy. They enjoy spending time with their children Jackson and Jenna. Jerry has always been a huge “car guy”, and spends much of his free time restoring, collecting, and racing cars.

The President, Co-Partner, and a Private Wealth Advisor of one of the nation’s most respected financial service cadres, Matt Jablonski is a dynamic professional who aims to not just meet client expectations but exceed them every time. Joining PFS in early 2009, Matt holds extensive expertise and a reputation involving cross-functional leadership, multi-million-dollar investment relations, high-reward strategy procurement, and the art of positioning clients for financial independence that interlaces sustainability with generational scalability. Applying this to support hundreds over the last 14+ years, Matt's stance is one of experience and a passion for being able to help others excel in their unique journey of financial growth, securement, and fruitful wealth preservation.
As a seasoned professional with a lifelong passion for financial planning and staying sharp on its ongoing evolutions, Matt has built a large inventory of experiences that have brought him to the PFS team. Formerly, Matt held several investment management roles at U.S. Bank and later Russell Investments, where he formed strong client relationships. This was coupled with undergoing extensive academics and certifications. To date, Matt earned a BA in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he is a multi-certified professional with CFP®, RICP®, and CIMA® (Wharton School of Finance) designations and holds Wisconsin Life, Disability & Long-Term Care, and Series 7 & 66 licenses.
Today, Matt is an intricate part of the investment committee that focuses on portfolio construction and positioning, specializes heavily in investment strategy and capital markets, and is respected for supporting diverse responsibilities. This includes keeping a firm pulse on client relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, team communication facilitations, and ensuring the entire PFS team is continuously propelling forward. But more characteristically, Matt is respected among his clients and the PFS team for his moral compass values, delivering advice through an honest, transparent, and unbiased lens, and for his proven commitment to always putting his client's best interests at the forefront of everything he does.
Originally from Wisconsin, Matt resides in New Berlin with his wife Jenny-Rae and sons Mason, Tyler, and Theo. Though he frequently stays active with basketball, fishing, golfing, and pheasant hunting, Matt enjoys being a family man the most. Overall, Matt is someone who always places his family first - and as his client, you can expect to become a part of that circle too.

As a Private Wealth Advisor and Partner of Prescient Financial Solutions, Dustin Ashley is an experienced professional within the financial services industry committed to the execution of the long-term vision of the firm, while consistently ensuring the highest standards of client relationships. With nearly 10+ years of experience, Dustin has impacted countless individuals, families, and businesses to achieve financial success, security, and wealth preservation throughout many different stages of financial planning. He is particularly passionate about empowering and educating his clients to make informed decisions together when it comes to choosing the best strategies for their unique financial goals and doing so while keeping a firm pulse on the professional growth and development of the PFS team members, including himself as he is personally committed to life-long learning.
Dustin initially began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2016. Prior, he was able to play NCAA Division 1 collegiate and professional soccer, while earning his degree as a student athlete from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He joined Prescient Financial Solutions in 2019 and was named partner in 2021. Dustin places emphasis on making sure his clients are active participants in every aspect of their financial decisions. One way he achieves this is by ensuring that his clients are well-educated throughout every step of the process, a critical aspect proven to bring focus, efficiency, and confidence to their financial plan.
Today, Dustin serves as an integral member of the PFS team, with a primary focus on wealth management and strategic financial positioning with clients during both their wealth accumulation years, and also throughout their distribution and wealth transferring stages of life. Dustin works directly with clients, helping them develop and implement a personalized financial plan synchronizing risk management, wealth management, tax strategy, estate planning, and retirement income distribution through a centralized platform. Overall, Dustin is widely acclaimed for his commitment to always leading with integrity, transparency, and unbiased expert advice. More intrinsically, for always prioritizing his clients' best interests and ensuring they feel confident that their initiatives and financial objectives are being steered in the right direction.
Originally from Racine, WI, Dustin currently resides in Wauwatosa, WI with his girlfriend Tori. When he's not working, Dustin enjoys spending his free time with family and friends – especially being Up-North at his cabin in Crivitz, as well as playing golf, CrossFit, and following his favorite sports teams!

As a Private Wealth Advisor, Dan has been an essential Prescient Financial Solutions team member since 2013. With over a decade of experience in the financial planning industry, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a trusted advisor to his clients and their families. This includes extensive expertise involving sustainable financial planning, investment management, wealth preservation, and positioning his clients for success regardless of what changes life may bring. Dan is versed in asset-protection strategies, risk-assessing processes, and keeps a firm pulse on market conditions, tax law changes, and financial service industry trends to create the most effective financial plans for his clients that benefit them long term. He is passionate about providing full-circle advice to his clients and takes pride in his ability to build a deep understanding of his clients and their financial requirements.
Prior to becoming a Private Wealth Advisor and coinciding member of the PFS investment committee, Dan worked at the corporate headquarters of Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis, MN. This was upon attaining a BA in Business focusing on Finance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Ameriprise Financial, Dan helped clients bridge goals and aspirations with sound financial solutions, supported financial team development, and ensuring all parties involved felt confident in progressing forward.
Dan resides in Wauwatosa with his wife Alex, daughters Goldie and Lottie, and their Old English Sheepdog named Doug. When not occupied with his professional responsibilities, Dan likes to make the most of his leisure time by checking out new restaurants around town, traveling, sailing on Lake Michigan, and hanging out in the Northwoods at his family cabin. Dan is also an avid sports fan (Go Bucks, Brewers, Badgers, and Packers!), participates year-round in adult recreational sports leagues, and enjoys attending concerts of all genres. In fact, he's a secret "Parrothead," having seen Jimmy Buffett in concert almost 20 times.

Interlacing business strategy with creative direction, Megan McKay is Prescient Financial Solutions’ Chief Communications & Marketing Officer who specializes heavily in rendering authentic connections with clients and accentuating organizational objectives. Megan has a rich background in facilitating meaningful internal and social engagements, cohesive messaging, and developing value-based tools that pedestal the firm’s transparency. Megan’s passion lies with not only propelling all business and marketing initiatives forward but ultimately being a liaison between exceeding client expectations and continuous team growth. Overall, Megan is highly passionate about raising the standards of authentic internal and external communications and most importantly, ensuring clients know that when they pursue PFS, they are connecting with more than just a representative; they are connecting with a partner.
Megan initially began her career in education after earning her Bachelor of Education from Carroll University. She shifted her focus to Finance upon joining Northwestern Mutual in 2015 where she worked as a Client Relations Manager for a team out in Newport Beach, CA and soon scaled to support several business areas for the next 5+ years, including insurance, planning, marketing, and dynamic administrative relations. Later moving back to her hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2020, Megan since blended her experiences in building client relationships, business accentuation, and marketing engagements to join Prescient Financial Solutions.
Megan currently lives in Brookfield and spends her spare time volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, throwing down in the kitchen, and enjoying quality time with her family, friends, and her senior rescue dog, Winnie.

Paul is a seasoned Financial Planning Associate who is passionate about delivering quality insight, advice, and experience-driven support that exceeds client expectations. With a wealth of experience consulting with clients of diverse profiles, Paul is versed in developing progressive financial strategies, money management, leveraging financial software, and making retirement a little less stressful with in-depth tax and distribution planning. To Paul, nothing is more satisfying than educating his clients to become financially secure and helping them succeed in every stage of their lives. With a financial services background dating back to 2008, Paul has spent over 12+ years professionalizing in account management, sales, and all segments of financial consultation. Notably, this includes initially working for Northwestern Mutual in 2008, scaling to support several other renowned Wealth Management practices in the Milwaukee area. Paul joined PFS in 2020 and is respected for providing concierge financial support, his adeptness with financial planning software, and more intrinsically – for bridging financial aspirations with the best path(s) forward.
A native of Wisconsin, Paul currently resides in Menomonee Falls with his wife, Rachel, their son, Easton, and their black labs, Dooley and Rocky. When he is not working, you can usually find him playing sports, hunting, and fishing.

Hope S Rosten
Associate Private Wealth Advisor & Director of Planning Services
As an Associate Private Wealth Advisor and our Director of Planning Services, Hope specializes heavily in comprehensive financial planning, complex retirement modeling, financial planning operations, meeting facilitation, and ensuring every client interaction is accompanied by exceptional service. Hope has built a strong reputation for delivering articulate support, guidance, and tools that position clients to not just achieve financially balanced futures but ultimately spearhead the wealth-building game. Hope enjoys working both directly and indirectly with clients. This ranges from communication bridging, to optimizing asset-protection strategies and risk-assessments to ensure sound financial decisions are made with the accumulation, distribution, and succession of wealth as a collective. Of course, doing so all while ensuring our clients gain experiences that are nothing shy of positive, seamless, and stress-free.
Hope has been part of the team since 2018. She was an intern with us for two years before attaining her Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual focus on Finance and Marketing from Milwaukee School of Engineering. With a passion for learning and proactive nature, Hope elevated her career in financial planning with a unique background in each department on our team. Through directly supporting a fast-growing business, she learned how each aspect of the profession works on their own and as a collective. Hope is focused on continuing education, after obtaining her FINRA series 7, 63 and Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance and Annuities licenses.
Hope is a native of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and spent time traveling the Midwest before planting roots in Milwaukee in 2023. When she is not working, Hope loves traveling, hiking, spending time with loved ones and she is an avid scuba diver. Under the water, Hope frequently explores Great Lakes shipwrecks, vacation dives and assists with various Great Lakes clean-up efforts.

Brandon is our Director of Investments with over 10+ years specializing in wealth accentuation, portfolio management, and overall investment sustainability. Also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), Brandon brings an extensive background involving executive function, high-profile investment relations, strategy consultation, and a verifiable track record of transforming client goals into tangible realities. He is passionate about helping clients attain the financial independence/security they deserve and doing so in such a way that mutually propels the entire team’s capacities and growth initiatives forward. To Brandon, when a team is strong, the results are strong.
Prior to joining PFS in 2021, Brandon began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at a small-cap investment firm, soon scaling to spend a total of four years as an Investment Consultant with Northwestern Mutual. Notably during these tenures, Brandon built a large client list and became renowned for maximizing the performance and stabilization of each profile and streamlining every investment strategy implementation. Also bearing a keen eye for detail and possessing high level analytical skills, Brandon was respected for advancing investment capabilities, identifying high reward/low risk opportunities, and aligning ROI priorities with his team, stakeholders, and clients' best interests always at the forefront. As our Director of Investments and Operations, Jerrod Walton utilizes his experience to accentuate our team’s investment-based operational growth, portfolio analysis, and overall investment relation success. Collectively, Jerrod’s professional achievements are a direct reflection of his unique combination of analytical skills, attention to detail and personal relations that make exclusive investment opportunities possible with continued efficiency. More characteristically, it is strongly tied to his firm values towards ethical leadership, devotion to the client experience, and ambitions to strategize outcomes that create positive, mutually beneficial impacts.
Before joining PFS in 2021, Jerrod built an inventory of experiences in the financial service sector. Notably, Jerrod worked as a Mutual Fund Specialist at US Bank, specializing heavily in client services and account operations. This preceded attaining a BA in Finance from the University of Sioux Falls where he also played college basketball and concurrently completed several securities licenses, including the FINRA series 7 and 63. As a lifelong learner, Jerrod continues to keep a firm pulse on the industry’s evolvements, with his most current focus of pursuing additional professional designations.
Jerrod grew up in Mequon Wisconsin, is an avid edge-seated football fan (go Giants!), a for-fun basketball player, and enjoys spending the majority of his time with family and friends. He is also a fervent traveler, whether that be hopping on a plane to explore somewhere new or taking advantage of all that Milwaukee has to offer.

Peggy oversees hiring and employee relations of all the departments in our firm and ensures they are being managed according to standards. She plans, leads, and enforces recruitment, management and employee relations policies.
Like Jerry, Peggy enjoys all things car related and is an enthusiastic spectator and participant at Jerry’s racing events. Jerry and Peggy live in Franklin, Wisconsin and have two children, Jackson and Jenna. Besides cars and racing, they enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time as a family.

As the Portfolio Manager on the team, Paul Dryden is responsible for investment portfolio reviews and analysis, investment portfolio implementation and trading, and ensuring financial road mapping is as positive as it is productive. Paul firmly believes that creating better futures for businesses, individuals and the community starts by instilling positive trajectories today, as the most successful outcomes in wealth accumulation stem from the formation of strong, shared-value partnerships.
Paul obtained his Bachelor of Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, and earned several coinciding licenses. In conjunction with academics, Paul concurrently began his investment career with M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank as a Trader on the bank’s Investment Desk and later transitioned into a Portfolio Manager with BMO Harris Private Bank upon completing his MBA. With this as his base, Paul spent the next two decades as an investment professional at renowned institutions, best known for his ethical standards and devotion to instilling measurable impacts in the lives of thousands of clients. Paul then joined us at Prescient Financial Solutions in 2023.
Paul is a native of Milwaukee and enjoys spending his free time with his wife Debra of 28+ years and their two sons, Jackson, and Mitchell. They are frequently traveling together across the country for their boys’ multi-league soccer games. Paul is also a fervent athlete himself, formerly a competitive cyclist who competed in both criterium and road racing throughout the Midwest.

As an Investment Operations Associate on the team, Devin is reputable for his exceptional interpersonal/frontline service skills, asset monitoring adeptness, and for ensuring account opening and transitioning is a seamless process for everyone involved. Devoted to helping every client reach their unique version of success, Devin brings a strong history involving account and money management, financial trajectory alignment, money, concierge customer service, and securing high reward/low risk investment opportunities.
Throughout his career, Devin developed a strong skillset that ultimately led to his current standing as an investment professional. Prior to joining PFS in 2022, Devin graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin with a Bachelor's in Finance and began his career as an Operations Specialist at Equiniti. There, he was responsible for new account opening, account transfers, money movement, as well as supporting the scalability of several trading accounts. Since bringing this experience to the team, Devin continues to advance his skillset, notably receiving his FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.
Originally from Illinois, Devin decided to stay and call Wisconsin home after graduating from Concordia. In his free time, Devin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching sports, working out at the gym, and leveling up his golf game.

Michaela works closely with the entire team providing technical and logistical support through a variety of administrative tasks. She ensures all documents are securely filed and participates in meeting preparation, case notes and client documentation. She helps maintain our client database, and assists with additional administrative projects.
Prior to joining Prescient Financial Solutions in 2021, Michaela worked in hospitality as a Human Resources Generalist. She resides in Greenfield with her partner and dog, Archer. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family and friends, spending time with her nieces and nephew, being outside appreciating nature and indulging in whatever Downtown Milwaukee has to offer.

Talia is responsible for keeping our office running smoothly. She ensures a high level of client satisfaction by meticulously managing the calendar, assisting in preparation for meetings and events and supporting the office in a variety of administrative tasks.
Prior to joining Prescient Financial Solutions in 2022, Talia worked in hospitality as a Director of Catering and Events. She currently resides in West Allis with her partner and step-daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and trying out new Milwaukee area restaurants.

Placing significant emphasis on integrity and growth, Branndyn Mullikin is a respected Financial Planning Analyst with a proven track record of transforming client goals into tangible realities. He works directly and indirectly with clients, providing support to advisors, and ultimately leading clients to financial stability through comprehensive financial planning/coordination. Branndyn’s success is not only attributed to his professional achievements but also stems from his adherence to ethical leadership, devotion to providing excellent experiences, and his determination to render solutions that position his clients and their families for success now and for their futures.
Branndyn joined Prescient Financial Solutions in 2022 – all with a core intention to help clients achieve financial independence and security, exceeding expectations, and sending gentle reminders that regardless of one's starting point, financial planning can be a positive and productive experience. Before joining the PFS team, Branndyn spent 9 years as a Police Officer with extended experiences serving as both a Sergeant and SWAT Operator. During his tenure, Branndyn formed strong community relationships, honed his disciplinary skills, and was able to express his values of integrity and ethical leadership; all of which have since served him well in the financial world. This was also alongside attaining a BA from UW-Whitewater, becoming SIE® certified, and spending 5+ years as a small business owner. Here, Branndyn has a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills spanning budgeting, cross-functional team management, customer relations, and of course, all segments of financial forecasting.
Originally from Waterford, Wisconsin, Branndyn currently resides in Wind Lake, Wisconsin with his wife, Kim, and their three children, Addilyn, Haylee, and Ayce. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, boating, and, above all, spending time with friends and family.

Tom merged his practice with Prescient Financial Solutions in 2022. Tom is passionate about comprehensive financial planning for his clients through expert guidance, products and enduring relationships for generations to come. Tom’s goal for every client is to allow them to live their best life by generating more income and creating greater net worth by applying tax-efficient strategies and reducing risk through a holistic plan that helps to delivers financial security.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual in 2004, Tom had a successful career in managing radio stations and cable television systems. Tom is a native of Milwaukee and resides in Whitefish Bay with his wife Mo and children Will, Katie and Janie. Tom enjoys competitive golf, racquet sports, cooking and volunteering in his community.
